HORZEHOODS® Vanilla Competition Leggings | ContraFlex Riding Tights
BEST FOR: Competition use. We recommend checking with your specific riding affiliation or club regarding competition regulations and permitted attire.
Featuring the ContraFlex design, these high-waisted riding tights include a thick wide waistband with 4-way stretch support for a flattering and secure fit in the saddle. For the Vanilla design, all side pockets and excess panelling have been removed to create a more traditional, refined appearance with a clean professional finish.
Available in both grip and non-grip seat options, riders can choose the feel that best suits their discipline and preference. The contrast seat styling also adds durability and practicality for regular use.
Choose between two fabric weights depending on your preferred feel:
- Lightweight 280gsm for a breathable second-skin fit, ideal for warmer weather and flexible comfort
- Heavyweight 320gsm for enhanced coverage and a more substantial breeches-style feel whilst maintaining legging comfort

This is about my seventh pair of leggings but first time I’ve bought the Navy seat competition leggings to pair up with a navy show jacket for my first dressage in two years after an unfortunate fall. They fit like a dream and as to be expected the quality is second to none.

I purchased these recently and had ordered from multiple companies prior with no success. Everything was either too long in the leg, baggy around the hips, yucky in colour or nasty feeling material.
These arrived and straight away they felt like quality material when you pulled them out of the packaging. They are a very flattering fit and hug your body and the colour is a warm buttermilk.
These were actually ordered as a part of my Wedding outfit and I will be walking down the aisle with these on that is how good they feel and how lovely they look. :)
