Our UK Returns Label will be emailed via Horzehoods during our opening hours, Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. These are manually done so can only be created during our opening hours.
Customers are responsible for returning items back to us, however we will pay to send the exchange item back out to you at a cost to ourselves.
Any products deemed faulty will be at a return cost to ourselves as agreed with the customer in service emails prior.
The returns label (UK) you will be sent will be via Royal Mail.
