**SHIPPING**
Enjoy free UK delivery on orders over £120 during our BFCM event and over $150 for USA riders. If your purchase meets this threshold, we will cover the postage costs for you. Please note that due to high order volumes, dispatch times may take longer than our usual same working day despatch. If you're ordering for special occasions and need items sooner, consider our 'BFCM Priority Express Shipping' option for just £5.90. This will prioritize your order with faster packing, tracking, and dispatch. If you're comfortable with the extra wait, feel free to select Tracked 48 or the Free Delivery option for orders over £120.

**ORDERING**
Before checking out, we kindly ask you to thoroughly review your cart. Please double-check your size, color, and quantity, ensuring everything is correct. Unfortunately, once orders are placed, we cannot make any changes due to the high volume of activity. It's also crucial to verify your phone number, email address, and complete postal address to prevent any delays in parcel delivery.

**CHRISTMAS EXCHANGES**
All BFCM Sale orders will benefit from an extended Christmas exchange policy until January 7. If the item you require is no longer available in your size, a credit note of equal value will be issued for use in-store. Please note, we do not offer exchanges on defective items as they are sold as flawed. However, size exchanges can be accommodated within a 14-day period.

**DISCOUNT CODES**
Please be aware that any review discount codes will not be applicable during the BFCM event, as items are already significantly discounted. We recommend saving your discount code for future purchases.

**COURIERS & DELIVERIES**
We utilize Royal Mail and DHL for our shipping, depending on the option you select at checkout. Rest assured, we always use a tracked service for all our shipments. When an order shows as delivered, it indicates that we have dispatched it from our end, and the courier has completed the delivery. If you see your parcel marked as delivered but have not received it, we recommend checking for any valid reasons such as it being left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or possibly received by another member of your household. Since all shipments are tracked, the couriers can provide evidence of delivery including gprs locations. We kindly ask you to wait one week from the delivery date to allow time for the package to arrive before we initiate an investigation into a potential theft. Once we confirm that the item was not successfully delivered, we will claim for the loss and arrange to send out a duplicate order. However, please note that such occurrences are quite rare, and our delivery success rate is very high. During busy periods like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, there may be delays that we don’t typically see in other months. Thank you for your understanding.
