  • Offers a more generous, flexible fit
  • Ideal if you prefer a less compressive light legging feel

Heavyweight Fabric

  • Thicker fabric with a subtle micro-lining
  • Feels more like a substantial breech while still functioning as a legging
  • Designed to provide greater coverage and a more compressive, sculpted feel
  • Due to its close-knit yarn, it will feel snugger on the body

Sizing Recommendation

Both fabrics are made from the same size moulds, however:

  • If you are between sizes:
  1. Choose your usual size in Lightweight (15% of customers do choose a size down in their Lightweight)
  2. Size up in Heavyweight for comfort

    Sharp decline in quality

    I bought these at the end of cool season for like $23 so deeply discounted, but part of me wonders if there is a reason for the steeper than usual discount. I've worn these twice, washed them once, and ridden in them once. A significant portion of the inner thigh grip has disappeared. I washed them inside out and don't dry them in the machine. Pictures the grippy dots that are darker, which are flush and not raised at all versus the intact grip that is lighter in color. Also the flaked off grippies that were left on my saddle when I dismounted. I can't complain too much; I will still be a one brand lady when it comes to riding pants, but this is the first genuine issue I've had with any purchase.

    Hi
    We would never ever discount for a fault under sales, if we ever encountered a faulty batch they would be clearly marked as defect with the exact reason why, it would never benefit a business by not being honest.

    I think this is a defect pair. We have never had this repeat from the same batch. The only reason this product was reduced is the season collection design was bespoke and we was left with very select odd sizes needing the shelves for new arrivals.

    Having seen the photographs we would agree this is a defect and regardless of the sale price it is irrelevant as they were sold non faulty and that should not happen. Most riders still have HH leggings from 10 years ago, it’s what we pride our brand on.

    We are only able to sort a fault product with our manufacturing team if we know about it.

    I will pass this to returns to issue you a gift card to cover cost to use on a future purchase.

    Gorgeous Leggings

    So comfy, flattering fit and very sturdy.

    They’re a little long in the leg for me as a petite but nothing a pair of long socks can’t hide.

    These are my first leggings from HH and I don’t think they’ll be the last!

    I love these leggings

    I've been looking for some new winter riding tights for a while and the other styles I've tried just didn't fit well. I'm so glad I've found the HH ones. They're so comfy and fit like a glove. I like them so much I bought them in 2 colours

    Perfect

    I bought these on a whim as I’ve never needed thermal tights before. Horzehoods heavyweight tights have been my go to tight but thought why not try them. As amazing as all my other tights HH have produced. Don’t think I’ve found a product yet I don’t like!!!
