We are registered under IOSS, which allows us to offer Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping on eligible orders.

Orders up to €150

For orders valued at €150 or below:

• Import VAT and applicable duties are calculated and paid at checkout
  
• No additional charges on delivery
  
• No courier handling fees or customs invoices
  
• The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay
  
• UK VAT is automatically removed

Orders over €150

For orders above €150:

• UK VAT is still removed at checkout
  
• Import VAT and/or customs duties may be charged on delivery
  
• These charges are set by your local customs authority
  
• Payment is the responsibility of the recipient
  
• HORZEHOODS has no control over these charges

EU Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  
• All orders are sent using fully tracked international services
  
• Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched
