European Orders and Customs Information

Exciting!! As of 20 January 2026, we have introduced an improved EU checkout process designed to make ordering from HORZEHOODS simpler and more transparent for our European customers.

Our updated customs and VAT setup means smoother delivery, clearer pricing, and fewer surprises when your order arrives

For EU orders with a goods value under €150, local EU VAT is now collected at checkout.

This means:

• UK VAT is removed automatically

• Your order clears customs without additional VAT charges

• The price you pay at checkout is the final price

This applies to the majority of our products and allows you to order with confidence

For orders where the goods value exceeds €150, EU customs regulations require VAT and any applicable duties to be collected on import. However 20% Vat of the product price is discounted at checkout, which means you pay it via your country customs.

In these cases:

• VAT and duties are charged by your local customs authority

• Your carrier may apply a handling or administration fee

• These charges are outside our control

• UK VAT is automatically removed for EU customers

• Prices shown at checkout reflect export pricing

• All customs documentation is completed accurately to support smooth delivery

• All EU orders ship from the United Kingdom

• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on local customs processing

• Tracking is provided once your order has dispatched
