Product Description:
Our Black Lightweight Layering Vest is part of the HORZEHOODS BASICZ Range – designed as a core staple for everyday equestrian life. Made from a 91% Nylon / 9% Spandex blend at 150gsm, it delivers lightweight comfort with performance stretch, giving you that second-skin feel ideal for layering.
The versatile silhouette layers neatly under gilets, hoodies, and jackets to provide warmth without adding bulk. On milder days, it works styled alone for a sleek, minimal look – though we recommend pairing with a crop top or vest underneath due to its lighter density. Finished in a timeless black shade, it’s a wardrobe foundation piece built for repeat wear.
Sizing Information:
Due to the compression fit and high-stretch nature of this fabric, riders may find they are comfortable in multiple sizes. To simplify and ensure flexibility, we have created 4 core sizes designed to cover a broader range than our usual size guide. This allows each rider to choose their preferred fit; whether more compressive or with a little extra ease.
∞ Wash with mild detergent. Hang wet to dry in shade away from heat. Do not bleach. Wash separately. Wash garments inside out.

The material is a suitable weight for the start of spring/summer where long sleeves are still needed but the material is cool enough when slightly warmer weather arrives. It goes perfect with my HH leggings/breggings and such a lovely pink! Need more colours of these and shorter sleeved versions please!
