DEFECT Not passed QC White & Navy Seat Breeches

This is a listing for our second batch just arrived in to stock this week which has not passed quality control and not to the perfection we request as a brand.

This product has had over 13 samples over 2 years, it appears upon checking this second batch arrival the fabric is off-white not a crisp white and the sizing is matching our 3/13 sample measurements. Some have slight markings on them. Still fully functional and fitting, just not perfect to what we want them to be. We are running investigations in to our manufacturing line, but sadly have to write this batch off discounted below cost. 

Size suggestion is to size down. Slightly larger in the leg than our regular leggings and fabric is a mix between 400gsm and 450gsm (some are 400 and some 450, this will not be noticeable to customers but is to us as a brand and not acceptable or to the level we demand). Shade of White is not as crisp as it should be, and some are off White, again some riders do prefer this, but not us. Picture of first batch and second batch together before you decide. 

As you guys know, were honest, genuine and transparent if something does not pass quality control we cannot sell it as brand standard.

First batch which arrived early July seemed to be correct with lots of customers adoring what arrived, so it appears to be with our sea freight shipment 2nd batch which arrived this week.

Don't worry if they sell out we will schedule a correct remake of them sometime over Winter in the crisp White. 

Grab a genuine bargain. They are still a beautiful stretch base product with an amazing quality fabric textile and detailing.

Courier’s endeavour to post product in said time but we cannot place a guarantee on how fast the postal service or your local depot may be. If you are out when your product was attempted courier should leave you a card or follow instructions on email or text service.

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS & BREXIT -

Please note regulations are changing and our financial team are reviewing the best methods for our EU customers. Whilst our Team look into the most effective way to adapt we have the following offers available to EU Fans to subsidise any costs they 'may' be charged at customs. As follows

• For orders under £150.00 We are charging a low cost fee at checkout for tracked shipping with Royal Mail to Europe and we will pay towards the shipping cost on your behalf. There is the option to ignore this and continue to pay DHL Express should you prefer.

**Although we offer Free Shipping to you, it is not free to us, we are paying this on your behalf to help towards covering the cost of any Tax/Duty 'should' you encounter any charges. 

** We sell premium manufactured products without the premium prices. For example a pair of our leggings may cost £59.99 and for the same quality £120 with another brand, we therefore feel our competitive prices make up for any Duty or Taxes you may be charged at customs. We will always strive to remain competitively priced in ratio of quality for you the customer to benefit.

INTERNATIONAL DUTY & TAX NOTICE
RRP Prices shown are exclusive of VAT/Tax/Duty. Your Country will work out your taxes owed to release the shipment which the receiver/buyer is responsible to pay. USA only charge duty when the order is over £800 but tax is still owed. Each Country has their own Duty & Tax payable calculations; something we have no control over. If parcels are not paid and returned to us your order will be refunded minus shipping as shipping has already been paid to the courier. Some customs may destroy parcels if refused. We are unable to refund any orders that do not get returned to us.

NOTE: Remote areas are charged at a higher rate overseas. Checkout will calculate based on what you order, if the checkout charges less than the courier charge and it is substantially more then we will invoice for the additional cost. This is rare and only happens in certain remote locations across the world. Customers can cancel their orders at any time for a full refund prior to despatching should this happen.
