Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.
Returns from International Destinations
If returning an order from outside the UK:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

For returns from the USA or EU, parcels must be declared as “returned merchandise”

Any parcels returned without the correct declaration that incur customs charges may have those fees deducted from the refund
