HORZEHOODS is a UK-based brand shipping worldwide from the United Kingdom.
We aim to be as clear and transparent as possible about shipping costs, duties, and taxes before you place your order.

Orders shipping to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

What this means for USA customers

• Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout

• You will not be charged any additional customs or import fees on delivery

• The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay

• No courier invoices or surprise charges after dispatch

Any applicable duties and import taxes will appear clearly as a separate line item at checkout.

USA Shipping Cost

All USA orders are shipped using a fully tracked international service

UK orders are shipped using tracked services.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selection

• UK VAT is already included within the shown RRP. 

Orders shipping to the European Union are sent Delivered At Place (DAP).

This means:

• Import VAT and/or customs duties may be charged on delivery

• These charges are set by your local customs authority

• Any fees due are the responsibility of the recipient

• HORZEHOODS has no control over these charges

Shipping costs for EU destinations are calculated at checkout.

For destinations outside the UK, USA, and EU:

• Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout

• Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply depending on your country

• These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient

If you are unsure about your country’s import rules, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical estimates from dispatch are:

• UK: 1–3 business days

• EU: 3–7 business days

• USA: 7–14 business days

• International: 10–21+ business days

Please note that customs processing times are outside our control and may affect delivery times.

All orders are shipped with tracking.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped

If returning an order from outside the UK:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• For returns from the United States, parcels must be declared as returned merchandise to avoid import charges when re-entering the UK

• Parcels returned without the correct declaration that incur customs charges may have fees deducted from the refund
