Same-Day Dispatch

Monday–Friday on all orders placed before 3:00pm (UK time).

HORZEHOODS is a UK-based brand shipping worldwide from the United Kingdom.
We aim to be fully transparent about shipping costs, duties, and taxes before you place your order — no hidden fees or surprises.

United States (USA) — Duties & Import Charges Paid at Checkout (DDP)

All orders shipping to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

What this means for USA customers:

  • Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout

  • No additional customs or import fees on delivery

  • The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay

  • No courier invoices or surprise charges after dispatch

Any applicable duties and import taxes will appear clearly as a separate line item at checkout.

USA Shipping Cost

  • £19.99 per order

  • Fully tracked international shipping on all USA orders

United Kingdom (UK)

  • All UK orders are shipped using fully tracked services

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected service

  • UK VAT is already included in the displayed RRP

European Union (EU) — Duties & VAT Paid at Checkout (IOSS / DDP)

We are registered under IOSS, meaning EU orders are now shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

Orders up to €150

  • Import VAT and applicable duties are calculated and paid at checkout

  • No charges due on delivery

  • No courier handling fees or customs invoices

  • The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay

  • UK VAT is removed for EU customers

Orders over €150

  • UK VAT is still removed at checkout

  • Import VAT and/or customs duties may be charged on delivery by your local customs authority

  • These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient

  • HORZEHOODS has no control over these charges

EU Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout

  • Fully tracked international services used on all EU orders

Rest of the World (International)

For destinations outside the UK, USA, and EU:

  • Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply on delivery

  • These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient

If you are unsure about your country’s import regulations, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times (from Dispatch)

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Typical estimates:

  • UK: 1–3 business days (Next day services available)

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21+ business days

Please note: customs processing times are outside our control and may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.

Returns from International Destinations

If returning an order from outside the UK:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • For returns from the USA or EU, parcels must be declared as “returned merchandise”

  • Any parcels returned without the correct declaration that incur customs charges may have those fees deducted from the refund
