CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY AND SHIPPING DATES

All purchases are conducted in accordance with distance selling regulations, ensuring protection for both the customer and the business while promoting fair trading practices. Customers are entitled to a 28-day return period from the date of purchase. You have 14 days to inform us of your intention to return an item, followed by an additional 14 days to complete the return process.

For the Christmas Returns Extension, this policy will be applicable from November 15th 2024 until January 7th, 2025. This allows you to receive a refund within 28 days of your purchase date and an exchange of credit note until 6th January. Should you wish to return any Christmas gifts after this period, we will honour your purchase price through either an exchange of equal value or a gift card credit note.

Please note that this policy does not apply to any defective items or seconds purchased from our outlet.
