Thank you ordering in our BFCM Weekender. We are all working hard to get your order out as smoothly as possible to you.
All BFCM Orders will take up to 7 working days to despatch, due to volume we are unable to provide our usual same day despatch. However if you choose 'jump the queue priority' shipping at checkout your order will be pulled out as priority, picked and despatched swiftly.
Royal Mail Tracked Full GPRS will be used predominantly, however as BFCM is a global event we have been told by couriers, delays are possible. Royal Mail have advised us they cannot take any queries from us until two weeks have passed which will give sufficient time for the networks to clear. We appreciate your patience in waiting for your parcel to get through the network.
We appreciate you may worry you have not had your parcel, but rest assured everything we send is not 'signed for' but fully GPRS Tracked. This means your parcel upon delivery is fully traceable so we can pinpoint the exact location it was delivered along with full GPS Coordinates of the exact location; once tracking is up to date on their system, it is just taking longer than the usual due to backlogs.
We highly recommend double checking your order confirmation via email (check spam) which shows the address you left at the checkout phase and where your parcel is being sent too. If this was even a digit wrong it could potentially cause a delay or incorrect location; Royal Mail & ourselves are unable to replace any parcels where the error is due to an incorrect address being left so it is highly advised you double check and let us know immediately if you see any errors in your address or contact details.

Any orders placed will come with extended Christmas Exchange up to 15th January. All Outlet & BFCM are size exchange or gift card to the same value, we will however honour the same price size exchange after the event if you want a straight size exchange and we have it in stock. If stock has sold out in the size exchange you wanted then a credit note or gift card will be issued to yourself or your gift receiver. This does not effect your warranties and statutory rights.
