It is still fully lined, seam taped, and waterproof 15k.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWhy? Because HiVis is primarily a safety garment for hacking and trail riding, and hacking happens all year round.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf we insulated it, you would effectively be limited to using it only through winter months. Through rider trials and testing it became clear that riders prefer the flexibility.
