Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
International Returns
If returning an order from outside the UK:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Parcels must be correctly declared as “returned merchandise”
- If an incorrectly declared return results in customs charges being billed to HORZEHOODS®, these costs may be deducted from your refund
